Rich Fruit Cake – Traditional dark fruit cake with mixed vine fruit, cherries and apple

       soaked in Calvados.(Only suitable for large cakes)

 

Light fruit cake – Lighter, farmhouse-style fruit cake with sultana, apple and cherries

     (unsoaked)

 

Carrot & Orange Cake – Carrot cake with sultanas, no nuts, and a hint of orange.

Filled/topped with orange flavour cream cheese frosting

(only suitable for large cakes)

 

SPONGE CAKES (suitable for large cakes and cupcakes)

 

Vanilla – filled with vanilla butter cream and seedless raspberry jam

 

Chocolate – filled with either chocolate butter cream or rich chocolate ganache

 

Lemon – filled with lemon butter cream and lemon curd
